Job Summary

In support of our company's guiding principles, it is the Customer Service team's mission to provide superior, effective and timely service resolution to our customers in a consistent manner unparalleled in professionalism and respect.  

Responsibilities and Duties

Demonstrate the company's guiding principles by:

  4. Owning any customer concern of which a customer brings to your attention and taking personal responsibility for prompt resolution
  5. Taking personal responsibility in the elimination of non-quality signals, wherever they are noticed
  6. Treating all company property and inventory with respect and care
  7. Creating and maintaining accountable "win-win" relationships with all stakeholders
  8. Finding enjoyment in the work we do and giving back to the community we serve
  • Responsible for inbound/outbound phone calls pertaining to deliveries and general customer inquiries.  
  • Assists in the customer pick up process, insuring inventory is available and ready to be loaded.
  • Completes general office duties.  

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Prior customer service experience desired
  • Effective communication skills required
  • Working knowledge of excel preferred
  • Must be comfortable working with general office equipment to include computers, phones, copiers and fax machines.  
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
